1. Click the "checkout settings" link.
   
2. Scroll down to the checkout rules section and click Add rule.
   
3. Select the CrowdHandler cart-checkout-validation rule.
   
4. Untick "Allow all customers to complete checkout", hit save, then hit turn on.
