Authentification à deux facteurs

Cette fonctionnalité est disponible dans les formules « Standard » et supérieures.

L'authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) renforce la sécurité de votre compte en exigeant davantage qu'un simple mot de passe pour vous connecter.

Configuration#

To enable Two-factor authentication, log in to your account at https://admin.crowdhandler.com and go to the Account page and click on the Security tab.

Vous y trouverez une section vous permettant de configurer votre application d'authentification, telle que Google Authenticator ou Microsoft Authenticator.

Simply scan the QR code with your authentication app and enter the code that displays in the app.

Lors de votre prochaine connexion, vous devrez saisir le code fourni par votre application d'authentification.

What happens if I can't access my authentication app#

Si vous devez reconfigurer votre compte 2FA, vous devrez contacter support@crowdhandler.com en utilisant l'adresse e-mail associée à votre compte.

Vous devrez répondre à des questions de sécurité et nous réinitialiserons vos paramètres d'authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) afin que vous puissiez les reconfigurer.
